Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:

• We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your stickers, you may return them within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
• To be eligible for a return, the stickers must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ambitionculture.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll guide you through the process.

Exchanges:

• We only accept exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a damaged or incorrect sticker, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• If your sticker is defective, please send us a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll arrange an exchange or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or are on sale/clearance.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. We can’t guarantee we will receive your returned item if it’s lost in transit.
